Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with Aryan Store. This Cancellation Policy explains how and when you can cancel your order.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer
a. Before Shipping

You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped.

If the order has not been dispatched, cancellation will be approved immediately.

Refund (if already paid) will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

b. After Shipping

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

In this case, you may apply for a return after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy.

2. How to Request Cancellation

Reason for cancellation (optional)

3. Automatic Cancellation

Your order may be automatically cancelled if:

Payment is not completed

Product is out of stock

Shipping issues occur

Order seems suspicious or fraudulent

In such cases, the customer will be notified by SMS or email.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your order is cancelled:

Refund will be initiated within 3–5 working days

Refund will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, or bank)

Processing time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider

5. Partial Cancellation

If your order contains multiple products:

You may cancel specific items before shipment

Refund will be issued only for those cancelled items

6. Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders cannot be cancelled in the following cases:

Order is already shipped

Order contains personalized/custom-made items

Order is marked as “Non-cancellable” on the product page
