1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your product.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused.
The product must be in its original packaging.
All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear & tear are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
Personal hygiene items
Opened or used products
Custom-made or personalized items
Items marked as “Non-returnable” on the product page
Perishable or fragile items (if mentioned on the page)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact us via phone or email with your order details.
Provide photos/videos of the product (if required for verification).
Our team will review your request and approve or reject it within 24–48 hours.
Once approved, the product will be picked up from your address (if applicable).
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued only when:
The returned product passes quality inspection
All conditions of the return policy are met
Refund Mode:
Refund will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI/card/wallet/bank) within 5–7 working days after inspection.
Refund May Be Denied If:
The product is not in original condition
Product is damaged/used
Required packaging or accessories are missing
5. Replacement Policy
You may request a replacement:
If the product delivered is damaged
If the product is defective
If you received the wrong item
Replacement will be sent free of cost after verification.
6. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, order cannot be cancelled but can be returned after delivery.
If cancellation is approved, refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
